Cancellation Policy

At Beats Working, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable stay. If your plans change, we understand, but we do have some guidelines in place to ensure fairness for all parties.

Guests can cancel their reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
For cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in, but not within 48 hours of booking, we will provide a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in, no refund will be provided. However, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to accommodate extenuating. circumstances when possible.

Refund Policy for Early Departure

There are no refunds for early check-outs, as the booking is secured and held for the reserved dates.

Changes and Extensions to your Booking

Changes to your reservation, including modifications to dates or extensions, are subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss any changes, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Refund Guidelines

Refunds are only available under the conditions listed above. Please note that any booking fees or third-party service fees (e.g., Airbnb or VRBO) are subject to the platform’s terms and conditions and are not refundable through Beats Working.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance to safeguard their booking. While we do not provide travel insurance directly, it can help cover unexpected events like illness, trip delays, or cancellations. Many third-party platforms, including Airbnb and Vrbo, offer travel protection options during the booking process, or you may choose any provider that meets your needs.
