Please note, we do not host pets at this home.

Nestled in the heart of Fairhope, Magnolia Charm offers 1,532 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, ideal for relaxation and connection. Built in 2018 and fully renovated in 2023, the home combines fresh, modern updates with timeless character, creating the perfect setting for a memorable getaway.

Spacious Living and Sleeping Areas

• Living Room: Open-concept space with vaulted ceilings, oversized furnishings, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV for streaming.
• Kitchen: Fully stocked with a drip coffee pot, K-cup machine, tea kettle, and all essentials, plus complimentary starter packs of coffee, creamer, spices, and cooking oils. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for two at the bar.
• Master Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, chest of drawers, nightstands with reading lamps, and a private four-piece bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
• Guest Rooms: Two queen bedrooms, each with comfy beds, nightstands, flat-screen TVs, and luggage storage, sharing a hallway bath.

Outdoor Living

• Porches: A front porch, sprawling back porch, and screened-in patio provide tranquil spots for bird-watching or enjoying the lush surroundings.

Gulf Shores and other nearby towns, including Foley, Magnolia Springs, and Orange Beach, are all within a short drive, offering endless opportunities for exploration.

• Holly Beach Access: Under half a mile from the house, this spot offers a convenient place to slip into Mobile Bay. While amenities are limited, you’ll find all the essentials to enjoy your time on the water.
• Live Oaks Water and Beach Access: Just over a mile from the home, this area provides a boat launch, beach access, and plenty of shade from the century-old oak trees, creating an ideal setting for a relaxing day by the bay.
• Mullet Point County Park: Known for its excellent bay views from an elevated perspective, this park is a winter hotspot for waterfowl like Surf and Black Scoters. It offers easy water access, a boat launch, and a tranquil environment for beachgoers.
• Cypress Avenue Beach and Water Access: Located in Fairhope, this serene and scenic beach offers easy water access, a boat launch, and a peaceful setting for relaxation. The light beige sand and stunning sunset views make it an ideal spot for a quiet beach day, although amenities are minimal.

Beach Information

Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico differs greatly from pool swimming. Guests are urged to respect the water’s strength and protect local marine life. Riptides are a concern, so please stay vigilant about water conditions. Check tide and weather updates before entering the Gulf. Protecting Wildlife and Preserving Nature

Our vacation rentals are near nature preserves, home to diverse wildlife. Please watch your step and avoid disturbing creatures like snakes, rabbits, coyotes, and more. Leave beach equipment off the shore overnight to protect nesting sea turtles, especially during their May to October nesting season. It’s crucial to respect sea turtles, as disturbing them or their nests is a federal offense. Avoid leaving beach gear or bright lights on the beach overnight, as they disorient baby turtles. Help preserve our endangered species. For recycling on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, guests must take items to the firehouse by Sassy Bass Market. The facility accepts aluminum, cardboard, and plastic; glass is not accepted.

Beach Equipment

At Beats Working, we don’t provide beach gear like chairs or umbrellas at our beach homes. However, we do offer beach towels, and we can connect you with trusted rental companies for all your beach needs. Check your check-in message for details.

Reservation Length

Kindly be aware that our listing is not available for ‘Instant Book’ as we carefully manage our reservation calendar. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to decline reservations if the requested length of stay does not align with our standards for that specific time period.
