Our home is nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, where the terrain and weather can change quickly. Please use caution when walking outdoors, especially after rain, as decks, stairs, rocks, and natural surfaces may become slippery. If enjoying the hot tub or fire pit, please follow all posted safety instructions and supervise children at all times. We also recommend carrying a flashlight after dark, as outdoor areas and mountain roads have limited lighting. Cell service may vary depending on your carrier, but complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

Access and property details

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the expansive deck, terrace-level patio, private hot tub, and surrounding property. Complimentary high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs in both living areas make it easy to stay connected or unwind after a day of exploring. The home offers ample parking for up to five vehicles and easy year-round access via paved roads, with no four-wheel drive required. Please be respectful of neighboring properties and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere that makes this setting so special. For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are two exterior security cameras. One is mounted on the porch facing the driveway, and the second is mounted on the patio facing the yard and down the mountainside. There are no interior cameras.

We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, the following guidelines apply:

Prior approval is required for all pets. Weight limits apply, and we generally allow one dog per reservation, depending on size.
Proof of current flea and tick prevention is required before arrival.
Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Please bring your pet’s own bed or crate to ensure they have a comfortable place to rest.
Puppies that are not fully house-trained are not permitted.

Deliveries and packages

This mountain home does not have a mailbox or receive direct mail delivery. If you need to receive packages during your stay, please contact us in advance. We can arrange an alternate delivery location for your packages and coordinate drop-off at the home for your convenience. Please do not ship items directly to the property without making arrangements with us first.
