Kitchen and living spaces
Step inside and you’ll quickly see what makes Tree Tops unlike the typical beach house. Originally constructed with cedar harvested and milled by the home’s original owners, the interior is filled with craftsmanship and character, from vintage wood floors and a charming staircase to warm wood details throughout. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light while framing views of the surrounding trees and glimpses of the Gulf beyond. The main level brings together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen for easy time together. The kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, Crock-Pot, and everyday essentials for preparing meals at home. Gather around the dining table, settle into the living room after a day at the beach, or simply enjoy a home that feels collected, comfortable, and completely unique to its setting.
Outdoor living and amenities
Outdoor living is a huge part of the Tree Tops experience. Elevated among the trees, the home offers multiple decks and outdoor spaces where you can catch the Gulf breeze, take in coastal views, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings of Fort Morgan. The spacious screened porch is one of the best spots in the house, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or long evenings relaxing with your crew. Multiple decks provide even more room to spread out, while the shaded ground level beneath the home creates another casual gathering space away from the midday sun. Fire up the charcoal grill for an easy beach-day cookout, rinse off the sand in one of two outdoor showers, or follow the pathway through the trees toward the neighborhood beach access. It’s relaxed, private, and just a little wild, in all the best ways.
Location and surroundings
Tree Tops is tucked away on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, where Gulf Shores slows down and the natural coastal landscape takes center stage. Surrounded by mature trees and native vegetation, the home feels private and peaceful while keeping the Gulf within easy reach. Deeded neighborhood beach access is located at the end of Veterans Road, making it easy to spend your days along the quieter beaches of Fort Morgan. The area is known for its laid-back atmosphere, wildlife, beautiful stretches of coastline, and easy access to local favorites. Head into Gulf Shores for shopping, dining, and entertainment, explore historic Fort Morgan, catch the ferry across Mobile Bay, or stay close to home and enjoy the slower side of the Alabama coast.

Beach info and safety
Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico is very different from pool swimming. Please respect the strength of the water and stay aware of current conditions. We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. Beach towels are included, and we’re happy to connect you with local rental companies; details will be shared in your check-in message.

Wildlife and nature
Our homes are located near natural preserves, where wildlife is part of the experience. You may encounter animals such as birds, rabbits, snakes, and occasionally coyotes; please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid disturbing any wildlife. Sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During this time, please do not leave beach equipment or bright lights on the beach overnight, as this can disrupt nesting and hatchlings. Sea turtles and their nests are protected, and it is important to respect these guidelines.

Service animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
