Please use caution when walking outdoors, especially after rain, as decks, stairs, rocks, and natural surfaces may become slippery. We also recommend carrying a flashlight after dark, as outdoor areas and mountain roads have limited lighting. Cell service may vary depending on your carrier, but complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

Access and property details

Guests have full, private access to the home’s main level, including all indoor living spaces, the expansive covered deck, the two-car garage, and the surrounding property. The basement is unfinished and not intended for guest use. Complimentary high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV make it easy to stay connected or unwind after a day of exploring. The home is in a private, gated mountain community with parking for up to five vehicles and easy year-round access via paved roads, with no four-wheel drive required. Community gates close daily at 7 PM; the gate code is in your check-in instructions. Please be respectful of neighboring properties and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere that makes this setting so special. There are two exterior security cameras: one on the porch facing the driveway, and one on the patio facing the yard and down the mountainside.

Pet policy

This is a pet-free home, and we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and Airbnb policies. While advance notice is not required, we appreciate a heads-up before arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in. In accordance with guidelines, we may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform. Service animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

During your stay

Please treat our home and furnishings with care. Keep doors and windows closed when the A/C or heat is running, and respect our neighbors and quiet hours. Please do not move furniture, tamper with safety equipment, or leave doors unsecured. Children must be supervised at all times.

Before checkout

Please leave beds unstripped and used towels in the hampers. Dirty dishes can be left in the sink or dishwasher, and leftover food should be discarded. Turn off lights, TVs, and small appliances, place trash in the designated bins, and close and lock all windows and doors. Our housekeeping team will handle everything else. Deliveries and packages
